First. Automatic state of diesel generator set

4. The fuel tank is more than half full and the fuel supply valve is always open.
5. Place the "Run-Stop-Auto" switch on the diesel generator control panel in the "Auto" position.
6. The mode switch of the diesel generator power distribution panel is in the "automatic" position.
7. Turn the radiator fan switch to the "auto" position.
8. The diesel generator set starts after receiving the signal of loss of mains voltage, confirms the loss of mains voltage, opens the mains switch of the conversion cabinet, closes the power generation switch of the conversion cabinet, and starts the air inlet and exhaust fans of the machine room.

Second. Manual starting of diesel generator set

1. When the indoor temperature is lower than 20℃, turn on the electric heater to preheat the machine.
2. Check whether there are any debris in and around the diesel generator set that may hinder its operation. If so, remove them in time.
3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level, and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it should be replenished to the official position.
4. Check whether the fuel supply valve and cooling water shut-off valve of the diesel generator set are in the open position.
5. Check whether the voltage of the electric starter battery pack is normal.
6. Check the test button of the diesel generator power distribution panel and observe whether each alarm indicator light is turned on and lit.
7. Check whether the switches of the power distribution panel are in the open position and whether the indications of each instrument are in the zero position.
8. Start the air inlet and exhaust fans of the diesel generator set.
9. Press the engine's start button to start it running. If the first start fails, you can press the corresponding reset button on the power distribution panel and wait until the alarm is eliminated and the diesel generator set returns to normal before starting the second time. After starting, the sound of the machine running is normal, the cooling water pump running indicator light is on and the road instrument indication is normal, the startup is successful.

Third. Manual operation to connect the diesel generator set to the grid for power supply

The first circuit, second circuit and high voltage outlet switches of the generator set must be electrically blocked. That is, as long as the primary circuit master control is in the closing state, the high-voltage switch of the generator set cannot be closed; the generator set is in the closing state, and the other two circuit master controls cannot be closed.

Generator set operation

1. Wait until the oil temperature, water temperature and oil pressure of the diesel generator set reach normal values ​​and the operation is normal;
2. Wait until the output voltage and frequency values ​​of the diesel generator set are consistent with the values ​​on the busbar;
3. Turn the synchronizer handle of the diesel generator set to the "closed" position;
4. Observe the indicator light and pointer of the synchronization indicator;
5. Observe the indicator light of the synchronization indicator. When it is completely extinguished or the pointer rotates to zero, you can turn on the parallel closing switch;
6. The diesel generator set enters the running state, and then rotates its synchronizer handle back to the "off" position;
7. If the synchronizer pointer rotates too fast or counterclockwise after the synchronizer is closed, parallel vehicles are not allowed, otherwise the closing will fail;
8. After the manual grid connection is successful, you should immediately contact the low-voltage distribution room to confirm whether the feed switch of the main distribution panel can be closed to send power before operation;

Distribution room operations

1. For power distribution in the power distribution room, open the upper and lower sides of the main switch cabinet to isolate them, lock them, and hang a "no closing" sign so that the two incoming power supplies cannot send power back.
2. After confirming that reverse power supply is not possible, start the generator set immediately, and the operator strictly follows the operating procedures.
3. Only after confirming that the generator set is operating normally can power supply be carried out. Turn on the low-voltage switch of the generator. When the voltage of the high-voltage incoming line cabinet of the unit shows normal, the transfer switch can be turned to the "closed" position.
4. After the generator supplies normal power, the electrician turns on the high-voltage explosion-proof switch in the distribution room so that both busbar sections in the distribution room have power. After the power supply is normal, the electrician reports to the mine dispatching room.
5. Only with the consent of the mine dispatching room can the main fan and other loads be started to ensure the safe operation of the entire mine security load.
6. During the operation of the generator set, the electrician should observe the instructions of the metering cabinet in time. When one of the lines has power and is normal, report it to the duty room of the transportation department and the mine dispatching room and prepare to switch the line.
7. After receiving the notification of circuit backup from the mine dispatching room, disconnect all loads. The electrician opens the high-voltage explosion-proof switch, pulls out the isolation switch, locks it, and hangs a "No closing" sign. The operator of the generator set turns the transfer switch on the incoming line cabinet of the generator set to the "open" position, disconnects the low-voltage circuit breaker, and waits for the generator set to run without load for 3-5 minutes before stopping the generator operation.

Fourth. Operation safety management of diesel generator sets

1. Check the indicating instruments of the diesel generator set according to the prescribed time, and pay attention to whether the pressure of the lubricating oil and the water temperature have changed. The pressure of the lubricating oil shall not be lower than 150kPa, and the cooling water temperature shall not be higher than 95°C;
2. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level and radiator water level of the diesel generator set. If they are lower than the normal position, they should be replenished;
3. Observe frequently whether the instruments and alarm indicators on the distribution panel of the diesel generator set are normal. When the red light is on, it indicates a fault, and when the green light is on, it indicates normal operation;
4. Check whether the diesel generator set charger is charging normally;
5. Listen to whether the operating sounds of various parts of the diesel generator set are normal;
6. Hand-mold the body shell, bearing shell, oil pipes, and water pipes to see if the temperature is normal;
7. Pay attention to whether the engine or electrical equipment has any odor such as burning;
8. If any bad condition is found in the diesel generator set, it should be dealt with immediately;
9. If the diesel generator unit shuts down due to a fault, the fault must be eliminated, and then the repeat button on the unit can be pressed before the unit can resume operation;
10. Record the operating parameters of the diesel generator set no less than twice per shift;

Fifth. Stopping the diesel generator set
